The glasshouse is not open to the public, we take orders by the internet, telephone or post.

You can collect your order providing it is pre-arranged with us.

Can I choose the plants for my mixed hanging basket?

We produce a standard mixed hanging basket using plants specifically grown to order; most hanging baskets in garden centres are planted using whatever plants are available at that time, basically "left over's". You can order a non-standard basket at additional cost.

Can you delay my delivery if I'm away on holiday?

Yes, just let us know in plenty of time.

How do I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is direct electronic payment (BACS) from your bank to ours. You can also pay by cheque or credit/debit card.

BAC's or cheque payment:

• After placing your order on our secure shopping cart move to "Checkout", complete your details and choose a payment button, you will receive an initial order confirmation e-mail, then after we process your order, you will receive another e-mail with an order reference and our bank details if paying by BACS, or our postal address for cheque payment. Please enter the reference number on the BACS form or rear of your cheque.

 

Credit or debit card payment:

• Use the "Google Checkout" button instead of the normal "Checkout" button. sign in or register your details, Google will then process the payment, we do not hold any of your card details.

Is there a late payment charge?

• If your invoice is not paid prior too, (or within 7 days after delivery for early orders), then a late payment charge of £2.50 will be added to the invoice.
